World Coaches get-together & Community Launch

Gathering together has been on our agenda for a long time already, and we thought of celebrating this special event by offering an exclusive treat for all of us: a workshop around powerful questions – co-hosted by our special guest Judit Osika.

In this workshop, we'll dive into the architecture of powerful questions – exploring how their construction, scope, and underlying assumptions shape their impact. This understanding will help us craft more effective and meaningful questions in our practice.

In the second part, we’ll get hands-on and start crafting powerful questions for ourselves – questions that resonate with where we are in our journey as coaches or our relationship with coaching. Our goal will be to create "travelling" questions – questions that don’t need immediate answers but are meant to stay with us, guiding our growth over time.

We'll then move into a Questions Café setting, supporting one another in sharpening and refining our questions. We’ll help each other turn these questions into powerful companions for our personal and professional development.
