Who is this course for?

This is a coaching course for everyone who wants to learn how to use coaching in their private life, current projects and teams, or to turn coaching into their profession.

This course will provide you with a gateway to the world of coaching, transforming lives through the ability to coach individuals to achieve sustainable results - whether as a certified coach, or informally in your workplace, or with friends and family. And with yourself. 

The 60-hour course includes

🌍 30 hours of intensive classroom instruction 

🌍 2 hours of Q&A together with your trainers and peers

🌍 12 hours of videos and online resources, and

🌍 18 hours of homework and practice sessions. 

The Course will cover the principles and practices of coaching, including:

• The underlying coaching principles and competences

• The effective four-step coaching methodology ROSA, allowing you to start coaching right away

• The distinction between coaching and other methodologies

• Effective rapport building: how to establish trust and influence

• Mastering the art of active listening and asking powerful questions

• Getting from solutions to actions

• Understanding the key principles of human psychology in coaching

• Self-coaching techniques

What will you get?

Upon completing the course, you will:

• Understand the unique power of coaching and how to help people unlock their potential and achieve goals;

• Grasp the ROSA model and apply it in coaching immediately;

• Be equipped to help individuals set development goals and take actionable steps towards them;

• Be able to apply coaching techniques and tools in your workplace and any other areas of life.

This course can serve as a basis for ICF and EMCC certifications.

Schedule

Your 3-days-intensive weekend will kickstart you on your coaching journey! Our venue, the Central European University, offers an ideal environment for learning and practicing coaching! This is what will be happening during these days:

Your course's Q&A session will be held online one month after the course on the 28.3.2025 at 14.00-16.00 (GMT+01:00), so save the date. This is where you get to meet and greet with your student mates and ask any questions that have come up since you started practicing.

Your trainer

Your trainer will be Master Coach Trainer Pauliina Hallama, who brings over 10 years of expertise in delivering impactful coaching trainings. We are limiting the number of participants to 25 per course. The training will be held in English.
