In this workshop, we invite you to reflect on your listening skills and deepen your ability to connect with others through the power of active listening. We'll begin by assessing your current listening abilities and exploring the three levels of listening, providing you with a foundation for learning and development. 

We will introduce powerful techniques to help you become a more effective listener: 

• How to listen for the different aspects – Learn to tune in to both verbal and non-verbal cues for a fuller understanding of conversations. 

• How to mirror back – Master the art of reflective listening to ensure clarity and build rapport. 

• How to listen to the energy – Discover how to pick up on emotional undertones and read between the lines for deeper insight. 

Whether for professional growth or personal relationships, this workshop will provide you with the tools to enhance your listening skills and engage more meaningfully with others. 

This session is for you if you: 

• feel you often miss key details in conversations.

• want to learn how to listen more deeply and uncover hidden insights during coaching conversations.

This workshop will be held on Zoom. To participate, you'll need a laptop, a reliable internet connection, preferably headphones with a microphone, and a quiet space. This session will be recorded and shared with you in case you miss it.
